LACQUER
OPPEIN lacquer panel is painted 7 layers. There are three primers, three top coats, and one polishing paint, which are baked at high temperature.
Features:
Eco-friendly: lacquer from DAIHO, can adding silver powder to get metallic shiny surface.
Avoid discolor: superior yellowing resistance and excellent weather ability.
Outstanding scratch resistance: hardness is as high as 1.8.
Core MDF 18/21/25mm thick, matt or high gloss surface optional.
MELAMINE
Core particle board : 18mm thick, edges sealed with 2mm thick REHAU PVC. Front & back face: both faces coated with high quality German SCHATTDECOR or SPAIN LAMIGRAF impregnated décor paper.

Fine texture: natural colors or monocolorsoptional.
High quality: Scratch resistant and easy care.
HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE
Core particle board 18mm thick, edges sealed with 2mm thick REHAU PVC.
Features:
Scratch resistant: the decorative paper is 0.6~0.8mm thick.
Easy care:it can serve long and easy to clean.
Outstanding scratch and heat resistance: always keep fresh.
ACRYLIC
Core MDF/particle board: 18 thick, edges sealed with same-color acrylic. Front & back face: front face coated with inked acrylic, back face same as front face, or laminated with ABS décor paper.
Features:
Scratch resistant: excellent alterntive for lacquer.
Easy care:it can serve long and easy to clean.
PVC FOIL COATED
Core MDF: 18/21/25mm thick, seamless Frame and core structure. Front & back face: front face coated with PVC, back face coated with white melamine.
Features:
High quality: mainly supplied by Renolit and Riken PVC foil, applying JOWAT eco-friendly glue.
Fine and beautiful wood grain: tough surface, superior scratch resistance, alternative for genuine wood.
SOLID WOOD
Imported from North America, there are 6 popular wood species optional: including birch, cherry wood, alder, oak, ash and walnut. It is genuine broadleaf with rich, natural and clear wood grain, stunning linear texture.
Features:
No distort or rupture: 8~12% moisture rate.
High scratch resistance: outstanding bending resistance and intensity.
Good workability: sleekly section and adhesion performance.
Good water resistance:front face painted by semi-gloss PU paints and back face painted by matt paints.
PP FOIL COATED
Core MDF 21/25mm thick, frame and core structure, both faces coated with PP foil.
